About the Owner:

• Rick Cortez, known as R.C., is a family man with two beautiful daughters and four handsome grandsons and is an avid golfer. Rick is also a veteran and served our country in Vietnam. Has worked hard in the plumbing business for over 50 years and is considered a Master Plumber. Backflows have been required since 1933, and R.C has been installing and testing since 1983.
